Udai Bhanu Memorial Charitable Trust is a registered trust with registration number 320-08. It is a non religious association established to grant relief or assistance to the needy and indigent persons for meeting the costs of medical treatment by way of free diagnostics, medicines, implants, support services. Every donation made by a person with an Indian passport is eligible to 100% tax exemption under clause 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Foreign Contribution :
The trust has applied to the Ministry of Home Affairs to grant permission under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 for acceptance of foreign contribution. The application is under process. Until this comes throughout, the trust has can forward details of the intended contribution in foreign currency to Ministry and apply on a singular basis from time to time. NRIs can then remit foreign currency funds directly into the bank account directly.
